Return and Exchange

Eligibility:

● Items must not be damaged, washed and must have all original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

● Items marked as final sale or clearance.

Exchange Process:

● Exchanges are subject to availability. Contact customer service to check stock.

● Once approved, return the original item following the return process.

● A new item will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of the returned item

Refunds:

● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exceptions:

● In the case of damaged or defective items, please contact customer service immediately for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items:

● In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via Whatsapp with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the product; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.

● Exchanged products cannot be returned.

● Pickup will be attempted once. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the warehouse address. Reverse pickup is subject to availability of the service in your area pincode
